A TRUE STORY
The very first time I ever visited the Cornerstone Inn in Nashville, Indiana was for a Dream Gathering on May 21-23, 2017.
The event was limited to about 33 people and intended primarily for dream team members and special guests I invited.
On the evening before the Dream Gathering officially started, Pam Gould, the owner of the Cornerstone Inn, invited people to a social gathering on the patio of her home in Nashville, Indiana to get to know one another.
It was there that I met Reimar Schultze, a Holocaust survivor from World War II, and his wife Marcia. It turned out Reimar was led to stay at the Cornerstone Inn for a few days after going to the 50th anniversary celebration of his graduation from Ashbury Seminary. He didn't know anything about the Dream Gathering starting the next day, but when I invited him, he agreed to come.
In the morning of the first day of the even, I planned to welcome everyone and then share a 30 minute PowerPoint presentation titled "It ALWAYS starts with the DREAM".
However, after I showed the first slide, the Holy Spirit prompted me to invite Reimar up front to share this heart-wrenching story of surviving the Holocaust, subsequently meeting God on a beautiful morning after sleeping in the woods, and how he walked with God and experienced so many miracles.
The audience was riveted as Reimar shared and then Holy Spirit descended in such power, dramatically impacting the rest of the 3-day gathering.
Meeting Reimar, hearing his stories, receiving his counsel, and reading his books had a dramatic impact on me and my impact on others.
But if I hadn't gone to Nashville Indiana and Pam's social gathering at her home, I would have missed out on one of the highlights for that year.
And that first Dream Gathering in 2017 led to the first Awakening in Dec 2018. Perhaps I will share more about that miracle story tomorrow.
