Dear Wanda, According to Dr. John Maxwell, "The crying need to the Church today is leadership. The American church is dying due to a lack of strong leadership. Nothing is more important than leadership." Believers often misunderstand the true nature of leadership. A follower of God should be a leader of people. All believers can further their potential with leadership. Leadership ability determines a person's level of effectiveness. Good leadership is the best means for leaving a lasting legacy. So, on a scale of 1-10, where are you with your intentional personal growth? And where would you like to be a year from now?
