Dear Wanda, On a scale of 1-10, where are you with your intended personal growth? And where would you like to be a year from now? The King is calling YOU and many others to discover how to step into your leadership calling. While that may sound scary, it's true. And I am ready to help you grow in your effectiveness as a son or daughter of God. IT'S TIME for God's people to arise and shine (Isaiah 60:1)—to be salt and light to a dark, desperate, and hurting world. Sitting in the bleachers is no longer acceptable. God is raising His bar of expectations. We must COMMIT to making a bigger difference in Christ and with Christ.

In his Introduction for the Maxwell Leadership Bible, Dr. John Maxwell says, "The crying need to the Church today is leadership.... the American church is dying due to a lack of strong leadership.... Nothing is more important than leadership." When I first read that 21 (=7+7+7) years ago (2002) after receiving the Maxwell Leadership Bible as a gift from the pastor who led me to the LORD, I made the personal decision to grow my leadership skills. Having been trained by the #1 Christian leadership coaching organization in the world, I understand leadership and TRANSFORMATION. Because I was discipled well with one-on-one mentoring, I feel frustrated with the lack of TRUE DISCIPLESHIP in most local churches and communities. True discipleship cannot be ala carte; it must be intentional and directional. That's why the Holy Spirit inspired me to create a ROADMAP with an intentional track for you to go on and grow on. The 222 mandate (2 Timothy 2:2 = Teach Others TO Teach Others) was apostle Paul's death bed message to Timonthy, his #1 disicple. It's also the Empower 2000 mission. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey currently, know that you can become a true disciple—someone who walks the walk and teaches others to teach others. It's not that hard, but you do need to walk with someone to show the way. My friend, let's walk together. Allow me to be your guide to teach you how to release your gifts that carry the atmosphere of God and His very heart. The world is looking for HOPE and we can be God's solutionists.
