I hope this season finds you well, as much of the world prepares to celebrate "Emmanuel" (God with us) during Christmas.
While there has been a lot of trauma in the past two years, we have much to be grateful for, especially the gift of Holy Spirit for those of us who are born-again.
Yesterday, I read the short book "Rock Solid Leadership" by Robin Crow. Robin says: - "Leadership is about taking charge and influencing others to follow your vision."
- "True leadership must be for the benefit of the followers, not the enrichment of the leaders."
- "Entering into the flow of abundance begins when exceeding expectations becomes a way of life."
- "Real leaders are ordinary people with extraordinary determinations."
- "Everybody wants to be part of something great."
This morning I was inspired to write down some of the more significant accomplishments for Empower 2000 in 2021 as well as part of our vision for 2022.
Thank you for your support and the role you played, whether it was participating in a free webinar, enrolling in a paid class or Legacy Dream Team, sending us encouraging emails and testemonies, or coming to one of our in-person events. | | 2021 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
For more than five years, Empower 2000 (E2000) has been building the world's premier online training center and community to empower millions of people's dreams globally.
In 2021, we launched or relaunched 31 online classes. That's about 2.5 per month.
We hired several new team members, including: - Ella Chirinos for Project Management
- Heather Harris for writing promotional and follow up email copy (content)
- Roger Gauthier for Business Development, Marketing, Community Development, and more
We hosted daily prayer calls in the Spirit for almost the entire year with 2-3 different facilitators for each day of the week.
We implemented Basecamp as our Project Management Software for the entire team, improving our internal communication and preparing us to be able to expand.
We launched and filled six new Legacy Dream Teams in January through March.
We did a a major upgrade to the E2000 website (www.empower2000.com), which serves as a Dream Board among other things.
We added a Donation plugin to the website allowing donors to choose various specific causes to give to.
We invested significant time, effort, and money creating a more consistent branding experience for the E2000 audience.
We hosted two major Awakening events (Pentecost and Hanukkah), with both in-person and virtual participants.
We established the Justice Network (www.justice777.net).
We exposed our audience to new speakers, including Bret Wade, Francis Myles, and Rick Osborne. | | | 2022 VISION
Two days ago, Jeffrey Thompson and I met to plan the class launch schedule for most of 2022. It's an exciting lineup, starting with "James Goll's Prophetic Insights for 2022" on Jan 5, followed by "The Battle of Altars" with Dr. Francis Myles on Jan 25.
In 2022, we will put a major emphasis on developing the E2000 COMMUNITY on an independent platform distinct from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. We feel strongly it's important to have a social network with a Kingdom Culture that protects your privacy. This new community will allow you to find and connect with like-minded people.
We knows it's important to build an easy-to-use E2000 APP that allows users to quickly see what's coming and to be able to find their online resources.
Major improvements are planned for the Global Apostolic Networking Center in Culpeper, VA. Currently, I have 1,000 square feet of office space. We would like to create a TV studio and be able to do live video broadcasts from there using professional cameras with live attendees.
We are planning to open the door to pray for specific prayer needs of people in our community during some of the daily prayer calls.
We'd like to host weekly or biweekly Sabbath virtual broadcasts bringing together worship teams from around the world.
We plan to offer IMPACT CONSULTING to major influencers in America (and around the world) to amplify their messages, impact, and legacy.
God had called us to change the culture, in addition to changing lives, organizations, and communities.
We'd like to establish "The World's Premier Podcast Hub" - The GATHERING PLACE for the best authors, speakers, coaches, thought leaders, and influencers discussing and speaking life, light, and love into a variety of important topics like Time, Family, Faith, Finances, Fitness, Freedom, Business, Media, Education, Government, Arts and Entertainment, and more.
We'd like to host at least biweekly webinars for the Justice Network to expose people to some of the best ideas and organizations addressing Biblical Justice. | | | PARTNER WITH US
Obviously, achieving our big goals for 2022 will take significant time, finances, people resources, planning, perseverance, and prayer.
As Robin Crow says, "Everybody wants to be part of something great."

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your guidance, favor, and protection during the 2021 year. Thank you for the tens of thousands of people we were able to empower, equip, and strategically connect. Thank you for those who invested financially to bless themselves and E2000. Thank You for those who have prayed faithfully for us.
Father, we acknowledge that you our Provider and the Owner of E2000. We ask you to stir people's hearts to give as You would direct them to empower your vision for E2000 and the world. May our team be faithful with the people and resources You entrust to us.
May You bless E2000 to grow, multiply, and take dominion to help bring Heaven to Earth.
